Montevideo al vuelo is a documentary series that interweaves the rich biodiversity of Uruguay's capital with its everyday life and culture. Through an approach that brings together cinema, science and conservation, the series invites audiences to rediscover the city from a perspective that integrates the natural and the human.
The project was one of the six proposals selected to participate in the Series Lab (2025), within the framework of the New Film Festival (DETOUR), where it received a special mention. It was also a winner of FONA 2025.
With a strong commitment to environmental outreach, Atenea Films consolidates its work at the intersection of cinema, science and conservation.
